To change the language on your HM18 fitness tracker, please follow these steps: 1. Connect the watch to the H Band App on your phone. The language of the app will automatically sync with the system language of your phone. 2. Or you can reset the watch as follows (see the attached manual): Scroll down the interface or click the power button---tap the settings---choose “the trash bin” icon, then your watch will be reset. After resetting and powering on, you will be presented with a language selection interface.

Then the device will automatically detect BP and Heart Rate every five minutes. Steps: Open the H Band app==>Mine==>My Device==>Switch setting ==>Turn on the "HR & BP automatic monitoring". After that, you can check the historical measurement data of BP and Heart Rate in the H Band app.
